Hours
Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am - 4 pm PST. We are closed most major holidays.
Orders
The orders are processed in the sequence they are received. We do not process any orders outside of our hours of operation. We try to process orders same or next day, but it can take several days to complete orders. All of our parts are assembled at the time of purchase, so it takes time building your order. If you need items sooner be sure to select UPS "Three Day Select," "Second-Day Air" or a "Next Day Air" option. Express shipments go out the same day if placed before 11:00am (PST) and the next business day if placed after 11:00am (PST).
Delivery Address
We ship to the address you have entered as your shipping address on our website. If you are paying with a PayPal account, the ship to address you have on your PayPal will not overwrite your shipping address. We verify all ship to addresses with our shipping software, but is up to the customer to verify the shipping address when you are making payment. UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
Note: Customers are required to include a verifiable billing address, phone number and e-mail address. Orders placed with non-verifiable information or a freight forwarding address as the billing will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
TM Designworks ships via US Postal & UPS. The 3-10 Day Shipping option default is USPS Ground Advantage/First Class Mail but may ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
USPS Priority Mail is NOT Express shipping.
The delivery days that are posted with USPS & UPS ground are estimates, not guaranties. TM Designworks is not responsible for package on time delivery and shipping delays. This includes Express shipping.
International Shipping
International shipments may have additional brokerage fees, taxes and other costs associated the your shipment. TM Designworks is not responsible for any of the fees or taxes. We do not have any idea what the costs may be. If you are unwilling to accept these terms we will be happy to refund your order.
Freight Forwarding: Due to fraudulent purchases, all orders shipping to US freight forwarding addresses will be held for 2-3 weeks. Customer will also be required to include a real billing address, phone number and e-mail address that can be verified.
Free Shipping
Retail orders over $100 and dealer orders over $150 will have a free "3-10 Day Shipping" option to the lower 48 United States. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we reserve the right to ship using the most cost effective method. If you have problems with a shipper in your area; you can notify us on your order notes in the cart, before you check out.
